About the Journal

The Journal of Advanced Mechanical Sciences is a double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal that is published by the Journal of Advanced Mechanical Sciences (JAMS). It is a non-profit, open-access journal. JAMS is now published articles in English. There are no article processing or publication charges. The JAMS was founded in January 2022 by the founding editors, Dr. S. Venkatesh and Dr. S. Vijayan. The publisher location is in LIG-I-2503, Gandhimanagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India-641004. This publisher has high-quality editorial board members from reputed institutions to screen and improve the quality of the articles to be published. The mission of the publisher is to publish high-quality articles that advance the field of mechanical engineering through the peer review process. Published articles are available free of charge for all authors and readers. This journal follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication EthicsĀ (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards in accordance with ethical laws. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through the Turnitin software. Anyone can download the articles for free. JAMS publishes four issues per year online. At present, the articles from this journal are abstracted and indexed in DOAJ, Google Scholar, Zenodo, DJIR, J-Gate, and Road.

The Journal of Advanced Mechanical Sciences (JAMS) is an open access peer reviewed international journal. JAMS JOURNAL aims to publish advanced original research and review articles in the broad areas in mechanical engineering that focus on fundamental research to industrial applications in the fields of mechanical component design, manufacturing processes, thermal engineering, quality concepts, and plant management.
